We are currently recruiting for a Global Shipping/Logistics Company for an Operations Coordinator to work within their operations department for a client account. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established business in a challenging role.
The position consists of the tracking of deliveries to distribution centres, maintaining a high level of communication with both internal and external parties. Track & collate inbound documentation from origins to ensure timely handover to brokerage department for customs procedures to take place in time for prompt delivery to distribution centres, whilst ensuring customer KPI requirements are being met.
Key deliverables include:
Measure: Deliver first class customer service to be measured by customer service feedback and internal/external KPI.
